Download and extract into /Trackmania2020/Items/Stadium/

The DecoWall shims also have two pivot points. Use the Q hotkey while mapping to toggle alignment between normal and Platform height.

Each item has the absolute minimum geometry so the entire set can be embedded in a map for 31.0 kB.
